Every decision creates the life you envision.
Who do you want to be, and how do you want to live? Let’s get clear.
DECIDE what you want! Imagine a life where every decision you make leads to a more intentional life filled with awareness, confidence, and self-agency. We don’t discover what we want… It’s a decision.
As a Cognitive Behavioral Coach, I can help you access your capacity of clear thinking to create a customized goal plan that leads to intentional action.
I offer you a non-judgmental space of guidance and support where you can achieve clarity about your desires and goals that are aligned with your personal and professional values. The best part is — it is not as complicated as you think! Trust me, a shift in mindset combined with a deep commitment creates magic. Declaring your intentions is not only exciting but necessary. It begins with a decision.
You’re worth it! Let’s go!
ABOUT
I could tell you all about my past traumas and dramas, but we don’t have time for that. What you need to know: I refused to be the victim or another statistic because of my family of origin or past choices.
Instead, I chose education and personal growth to be my passion, my northstar.
As an entrepreneur and single mother of three, being conscientious in organizing myself mentally, physically and spiritually as a woman has been paramount.
What this means is that I had to be diligent and do uncommon things to stay true to myself, personally and professionally.
What I have learned in my journey of family, career and a University study in psychology is that the majority of us do not need more labels, more diagnosis, more knowledge per se.
What is needed is consistent awareness of our thoughts and intentions. What is needed is a mindshift, courage and commitment to ourselves.
What is needed is proper support in learning how to recognize unexamined, negative thought patterns.
My mission is to help you learn the practical and effective tools that have transformed and guided me through life’s challenges.
The key to good decision making is not knowledge.
It is understanding.
We are swimming in the former.
We are desperately lacking in the latter.
-Blink, Malcolm Gladwell
Imagine…
Being someone who can set clear intentions about what you want to achieve and follow through with conviction.
Being a person who decides with ease that being physically fit and healthy is a priority.
Being a person who is mentally fit by differentiating your thoughts from your feelings and deciding with purpose what thoughts would better serve you.
Being a person who decides that loving others starts with valuing yourself; love coupled with honest boundaries are truly the best companions.
Being a person who redirects anxiety, fear, disorganization and negative thought patterns with strategic planning, creativity, courage, and gratitude.
